Terms & Conditions

All appointments are subject to approval by Divine Infusions.

Divine Infusions reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any given time.

STAFF TREATMENT: Staff will not tolerate inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour.

MANDATORY DISCLOSURE: Your health, wellbeing and safety is important to us, therefore, all new clients must complete a mandatory waiver/ consent declaration prior to attending their initial appointment. This will be emailed to you and must be completed at least 24 hours before attending. This is a mandatory medical declaration/ consent so it is important that you provide full disclosure in relation to any medical conditions/ illnesses, allergies, medications or other contraindications prior to your appointment. This allows us to take into consideration any contraindications there may be & ensure this service is safe for you. If you arrive to your appointment & any contraindications have not been disclosed your appointment will be cancelled & your will be charged 50% of the total booking fee. By signing the waiver you accept all risks associated with vitamin therapy via all routes (intravenous, intramuscular & subcutaneous). If the declaration has not been completed within 24 hours of your appointment, Divine Infusions reserves the right to cancel your appointment and you will be charged 50% of your total booking fee. If there are any contraindications that have not been disclosed prior to you attending your appointment that prevent you from getting treatment, then your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total booking.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY: Our booking system allows Divine Infusions to authorise payments to the card on file, as such no deposits are paid, however, as part of our cancellation policy we do reserve the right to charge your card in the case of no shows & cancellations/ rescheduled appointments that fall outside of our cancellation window. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment without 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your total booking fee. If you no-show to your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late you will also be charged 50% of your total booking fee.

SCRIPTING: Our doctor will issue a script for all vitamins, nutrients, minerals & amino acids. This script incurs a fee of $50 and covers you for 12 months with Divine Infusions only.
